01

Write down the billing basis

Record the currency, amount due now, billing period, next renewal amount, and any trial conditions from the actual checkout. A monthly equivalent is not necessarily the amount charged today. Keep unknown fields marked unknown rather than treating them as zero.

02

Build a usage worksheet

List the activities you expect to use: text, images, recorded voice, or live calls, only where offered. Beside each, record the included allowance and price of additional usage. Planning total = base charge + chosen extras + applicable checkout charges. This is a budgeting worksheet, not a current WantYou quote.

03

Use one scenario for every plan

For example, compare the same number of planned sessions on each plan, with the same media choices. If a service uses credits, first check how many credits each selected action consumes. Without that conversion, a larger credit balance does not establish better value.

04

Check the exit path

Locate cancellation instructions, the effective cancellation date, and the stated refund terms before paying. Do not assume closing the page or deleting a chat cancels billing. Current prices and cancellation mechanics must be confirmed with the service; they were not verified for this edition.
